Clients are now able to log support requests via our website!
This new feature is an exciting step forward in line with the with the web capabilities of our software.
As a client, you are able to submit support requests with all of your contact information, and full details of your support request and you can even include an attachment whether that be a relevant file, screenshot and/or video.
Click here to log your support request via our website and don’t forget to bookmark the page for easy accessibility to log your next support or for those clients using LEVESYS Web, you can access the log a support function via your navigation menu from within LEVESYS.
