MicroMain Corporation Acquired by JDM Technology Group

JDM Technology Group is expanding its footprint through the acquisition of MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), in Austin, Texas.

Founded in 1991, MicroMain has been helping businesses operate their maintenance and facility management operations by providing best-in-class software solutions to customers throughout the United States and globally. This acquisition strengthens the JDM Technology Group with a broader offering of maintenance management software solutions for its global customer base.

Acquiring MicroMain further strengthens JDM Technology in the North American and global CMMS software market. The acquisition reinforces our locally-led, globally-supported principle of local teams addressing the needs of local customers with support from the larger group and add multiple product offerings suited to different tiers of customers to the group.

MicroMain will continue to operate as a separate company with its existing staff out of its Austin, TX offices. Ron Savarese will lead the business as President, moving from his former role as Chief Operating Officer.
