Important LEVESYS Bulletin – COVID-19

We are posting this bulletin to inform you of LEVESYS’ policies and arrangements in respect of the COVID-19 situation.

As you are aware the Federal Government has over the weekend issued guidelines in relation to travel, hygiene and contact between people as this situation unfolds. In response to the guidelines, LEVESYS has implemented the following arrangements (for at least the next two weeks) to prudently manage risks, not only directly for our team and customers, but wider circles of family, friends and the general community. To this end:

• • • • • From today (16 March 2020), all staff will work from home unless attendance at the office is absolutely essential. We are well equipped for remote work and practice it extensively already, and as such do not anticipate any disruption to day to day operations.
        • There will be no travel to customers’ offices for meetings or training. Appointments will be conducted by web meeting to the extent that is possible. Our communications facilities allow for these types of meetings to be conducted quite effectively, and it is a method we have used increasingly in recent times.

We assure you we do not anticipate any disruption to our operations and that LEVESYS will continue to provide services in support of your business. As the situation is very fluid we will provide updates on our arrangements in line with any changes to Government guidelines.
