CostCon, Nimbus Software and Plusfactor Acquired by JDM Technology Group
The JDM Technology Group has further strengthened its position in the New Zealand construction software market with the acquisition of locally focused construction software companies CostCon, Nimbus Software and Plusfactor.
The acquisitions adds New Zealand based teams to the JDM Technology Group and enhances local presence with offices in Christchurch, Nelson, and Auckland. CostCon, Nimbus Software and Plusfactor will retain their individual brands and will continue to remain focused on developing software geared to local requirements.

Based in Christchurch, CostCon and offers a fully integrated accounting ERP and job costing system geared to contractors across New Zealand. CostCon helps businesses to manage a full range of essential tasks, including project costing, contract work, performance management and accounting and has a growing customer base across the sector, from residential and commercial building to civil contracting, sub-contractors and manufacturers.
