App Not Appearing On My Screen – Common Support Request

 
Changing working conditions has resulted in a change in support requests. As remote working has become more prevalent so has requests to help with how users’ access and navigate LEVESYS.

A common request is from users who encounter an issue when opening an app. When using a single screen, the app does not appear on their screen, but it can be seen on the taskbar. The missing screen is due to the system remembering where the program was last located when the user may have been in the office using additional monitors.
